With a little over a decade in the planning and a year of lockdowns, the first Vinicon list is ready for publication, and we are delighted to bringing some exceptional producers to the U.K. Market.

The world of wine is full of great stories, amazing producers, and the most fantastic wines but quite often these get lost in the politics and internal pressures that distributors find themselves in. Quite simply Vinicon was founded on the premise of being the conduit between the wineries and the passionate merchants and restaurants of the U.K., an agency business founded on trust with some of the World’s greatest names in wine wanting a platform to market their wines in the U.K.

It could be argued that it is entrepreneurial timing that the Vinicon launch coincided with the amazing 2018 vintage in Napa, or the launch of the much-celebrated Tuscan vintages of 2016 and 2018. In essence it was all actually quite a bit of luck but most importantly the confidence of the wineries represented in this price list that they happen to find themselves together under the umbrella of Vinicon.

The list will develop and change over the coming years, but hope the ethos will not- Vinicon aims to be a commercial platform for great wine estates looking to develop their distribution in this challenging, dynamic but great market, and it is quite simply our role to deliver this for them.
