In the shadow of Mont Ventoux, Caravinsérail was established to broaden the distribution of Domaine de Cascavel, a long-established name in the Rhône Valley. It has subsequently grown to encapsulate the region and wines of south-west Provence with a simple mission of creating contemporary wines, easy to identify with and most importantly, to enjoy.
Caravinsérail wines represent the unique terroirs of Provence, from Mont Ventoux to the Alpilles, from Sainte-Victoire to Pont du Gard. They come from carefully selected terroirs with the best exposure and cooling breezes that slow the ripening and retain that quintessential acidity. For purity of character, the wines are organically or sustainable farming certified.
Based in the heart of a typical Provençal estate between Monts du Vaucluse and Luberon, the Caravinsérail team marks its difference by the experience of its team and a continual search for authenticity and excellence in tune with our times.
The selection of wines is voluntarily personal and occasionally even uncommon. The commitment to offer a range of wines that represent their origins is achieved with the most relevant winegrowers working with the most suitable terroir.
